Shipping & Returns

We believe that our products are great. But if you are unhappy with a Carry Your Cross product we will be happy to exchange or return for a refund.

to qualify

1. Products must be returned in original brand new condition. Product must be returned in new/unworn condition with original packaging to qualify.
2. Product must be returned with all original content & packaging.
3. You must be able to provide order information. We require an order number to process any returns/exchanges.

All new/unworn items are eligible for a return or exchange before 21 days from order shipment.

Carry Your Cross will cover the cost to return or exchange if requested within 21 days from order shipment.

Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost.
